Join in the celebrations at Wycombe Community Festival & Carnival Parade
Wycombe Community Festival & Carnival Parade celebrations will take place this year on Saturday 25th July 2015, from 12.00 untill 9.00pm. Now in its tenth year, the Wycombe Community Festival is one of the largest free outdoor cultural community events in the Wycombe calendar and involves local schools, community groups and residents. The day starts at 12.00pm with a carnival parade and ends at 9.00pm with free entry all day on the Rye.
This year’s festival will feature: live performances from local bands, national and international recording artists. Also, the Wycombe Steel Orchestra, the School of Steelpans; dancers and other cultural performances will be showcasing their talent. Entertainment on the world stage with a carnival parade will be here for you to enjoy from 12.00pm. As in previous years, there will be a range of free sporting taster sessions run by local sports clubs and leisure organisations along with many stalls and local activities.
The Wycombe Community Festival is organised by SV2G and is currently looking for sponsors to ensure the day is a success. SV2G invites companies and individuals to help shape this dynamic event that reflects our diverse and vibrant community.
